Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed that David Beckham will not be moving to the French capital after all.
Speaking from Doha, Qatar, where PSG are currently on a winter training camp, Sporting Director Leonardo admitted: "We can now say that the deal is not going to happen. We have been in talks with him for a while. David wanted to come, but it is not going to happen for family reasons. He has four children and it would have been difficult for him to begin a new adventure at this stage."
Beckham is now expected to sign a new deal to stay at Los Angeles Galaxy in Major League Soccer, while PSG and their new coach Carlo Ancelotti will turn their attentions towards other targets as the club look to win their first league title since 1994. - http://www.ligue1.com/
