Marseille coach Didier Deschamps has called on his players to be more aggressive as they seek to return to winning ways at Evian tomorrow. The side have slipped to eighth in Ligue 1 after taking just two points from their past four matches, including defeats in the past two fixtures. He was critical of his players for conceding what turned out to be the only goal of the game against Toulouse at the weekend from a free-kick.
Striker Andre-Pierre Gignac has been ruled out of tomorrow's game with an adductor problem but Cameroon defender Nicolas N'Koulou, an unused substitute at the weekend, is back in contention after recovering from the after-effects of international duty. Evian go into the game in 12th place having taken seven points from the past three matches, which includes the weekend's 2-0 victory at fifth-placed St Etienne.
